Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Beeton (usebeeton.com). By creating an account or using Beeton, you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Beeton, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using Beeton on behalf of a household with other people, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Using Beeton
Beeton is a household management tool: Finance, Pantry & Shopping, Chores, Subscriptions, Furniture, and Renovation, shared between the members of a household you create or join.
You must provide accurate information when you register, and you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity that happens under your account.
Your account
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Beeton account.
Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Your household's data
Data you and your household members enter belongs to your household. Members can see and manage shared data according to their role, owner or member, and an invite code is required to join.
Don't share your household's invite code with anyone you don't want to have access to your data.
Subscriptions and billing
Creating a household on Beeton requires an active subscription. You'll choose a monthly or yearly billing interval when you set it up; pricing is per household, plus a per-seat charge for each member beyond the first.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price and interval, until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in the app; your household keeps access through the end of the period already paid for, and won't renew afterward.
If a payment fails, your household's access may be limited until it's resolved. If we change a plan's pricing, we'll give you reasonable advance notice before it applies to your household. Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe, under Stripe's own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Beeton for anything illegal, don't try to access another household's data without authorization, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
Intellectual property
Beeton, its brand, and its software belong to us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond the limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the app as intended.
Content you enter (financial data, pantry items, chores, and the rest) remains yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and your household members, for the purpose of operating the service.
Changes to the service
Beeton is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves, and we'll try to avoid disrupting your data when we do.
Disclaimer of warranties
Beeton is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It's a tool to help you organize household information. It isn't financial, legal, or professional advice, and you're responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beeton and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Ending your account
You can stop using Beeton at any time and request that your account and household data be deleted by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we'll refund unused prepaid amounts where required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local law grants you additional rights that can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Beeton evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and let you know if a change is significant.
